Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed during peak seasons or special events may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

Our shipping rates are a flat rate as follows:

Standard $0.00-$69.99, $8.00

Standard above $70.00, FREE

Express, $15.00

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method but typically vary between 3-10 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available; those orders are typically available within 24 hours. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
