Returns
We can accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refunds. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist.
